The QTL team has had many discussions with our colleagues at the Bishopsgate Institute and have drawn up the following policy to ensure our events are as Covid safe as possible. We hope the below answers any questions you may have but please get in touch if you would like further information.
Covid Policy
From May 1st 2022 we no longer have any restrictions or requirements to attend our events.
The upper hall at the Bishopsgate Institute is a large space that is well ventilated. Windows will be kept open during our milonga to increase air circulation and the venue will be operating at a reduced capicty.
QTL strongly believe that dancing with strangers is a fundamental part of a Milonga and we hope you are willing to dance with others but if you chose to only dance with those from your household we fully support and respect your choice.
You are welcome to wear a mask but these are no longer a requirement when within the Bishopsgate Institute.
You are able to obtain a refund If you test positive for Covid-19 and are able to show evidence of your positive result, please contact the Bishopsgate Box Office (enquiries@bishopsgate.org.uk) to arrange a refund or to exchange your ticket for another event.
The Bishopsgate Institute has strict cleaning protocols in place and ventilation throughout the building. There are also numerous hand-sanitising stations available and touch-free drinking fountains. Find out more about how they’re keeping you safe.
