Improvers 1 - Free Leg Freedom

In the first of two improvers’ classes (but all levels welcome), Monday 25th March, QTL’s Gawaine Preston will be showing us how as followers we can have a really free leg. As leaders, among other things, we can then introduce playful sacadas (smooth, whole body displacements).

Running alongside the class our regular practice space is open. A chance to dance socially and try new steps in a relaxed and friendly environment to a range of tango music, old and new, from our resident DJ Tom Cottle. Refreshments (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available.

QTL’s vision of Tango is an inclusive one: If you want to dance tango – and maybe experiment with who does what, why, and how – we want to encourage that curiosity. You will always be welcome at QTL whoever you wish to dance with.
